Jessica Cogswell serves as the Project and Operations Manager at Lori Stohs Consulting Group, where she plays a key role in advancing the client experience and operational excellence. In her position, Jessica leads projects across LSC and manages internal processes that support both the team and client success.

Jessica brings a structured and forward-thinking approach to everything she does. She is passionate about organizing systems, creating structure, and putting processes into place that allow people to thrive and outcomes to exceed expectations. She is committed to supporting the team, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks, and helping client relationships remain strong and service-focused.

With a professional background that spans pharmaceutical and medical device sales, as well as consulting with hospitals on patient satisfaction across the west coast, Jessica has developed a deep understanding of operations, service, and execution. After stepping away from the workforce to raise her children, she returned to education —rediscovering her love for meaningful work that blends people, purpose, and process.

Outside of her role at LSC, Jessica is an active member of the St. John’s parish at Creighton University and volunteers throughout her community. She enjoys a full family life with her husband and kids and considers her role as mom one of her greatest joys. She is grateful for the years she spent at home helping shape her family’s foundation during those early years. Jessica recharges through early morning workouts, quiet coffee time, and long outdoor walks. She and her family are passionate about exploring National Parks—visiting a new one each year to hike, unplug, and enjoy time together in nature. Known for her positive energy and strong work ethic, Jessica is a steady, dependable presence who brings both joy and follow-through to every project she leads.
