Maya is a valuable member of our team, bringing experience and dedication to her role as Marketing and Project Administrator. A boomerang employee, Maya initially joined LSC as a Project Coordinator from 2016 to 2019 and returned with enthusiasm in 2023.

In her current role, Maya’s attention to detail has become the backbone of our marketing and client material preparation efforts. A versatile team player, she is quick to embrace any task that propels our team towards our organizational goals. Maya’s commitment to upholding quality policies and procedures ensures that our team operates efficiently, and she plays a pivotal role in keeping our clients and community informed through various channels, including social media and newsletters.

Maya is not only a key contributor to marketing initiatives but also plays a role in developing charts for selection, coaching, intervention, and succession planning. Her drive for success is rooted in a genuine desire for client satisfaction.

Maya is a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, holding a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on human resources management and marketing. Outside of the office, Maya finds joy in the simple. Whether it’s crafting the perfect loaf of bread, diving into a good book, or a fresh coat of paint, she approaches every endeavor with passion and creativity. Additionally, Maya finds great joy in helping to educate her children through their collaborative school.
